Piloxing is a creative mix between Pilates and boxing geared towards women.  This class is a new form of exercise that will not only strengthen your core but sculpt and strengthen your muscles.  Fun and motivating for EVERY level!  Barre:  a workout designed to tone and trim your body with the fusion of Ballet moves, Pilates, and resistance training.  By blending dynamic movement with calorie blasting cardio, the bar targets troubled zones such as hips, thighs, glutes and core; delivering one powerful workout with amazing results!  All series can be modified.  No experience necessary.  Come on!
