Yoga for Beginners- Class

Yoga for Beginners | Thursdays |5:30-6:30pm | Emily Hayes | Commons Room | $20

This class is for those who are new to yoga, are intimidated by the thought of a class, or beginners looking to become more familiar with the basic poses. We will work at a slower pace, linking movement with breath, and work each week to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.  You don’t need to be able to touch your toes, just be willing to try!
